Courteous staff, breakfasts are adequate. A low budget place to stay in Willoughby.

Amazing base for a 1-night stay. The breakfast was great there, the beds were comfy, all you need for a very nice stay. There were central heating, a writing desk and an electronic key card in my standard queen room.

Always fairly clean place with pleasant enough staff and prime location. The room was big and new-fashioned, loved it. They made my stay fine...

Great base for exploring Willoughby. The rooms where non-smoking and the continental breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel was located short walk to highway, restaurants and Interstate.

favourable location close to stores and restaurants. non smoking, comfy room with the jacuzzi and the most comfortable bed too. staff were especially nice and dismissive made my stay such wonderful. helpful service and fair value.

Our experience here was fabulous! The hotel was fairly clean and incredibly beautiful, liked the quiet beds. The room was well-appointed and looked updated. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and there was a wide array of different food.

Facilities were basic, however internet connection was terrible.

Very clean venue, quiet location within 26 minutes' drive of Burke Lakefront airport. Room was good value. Furthermore, I could use free Wi-Fi. I greatly enjoyed this hotel...

This hotel is equal to 2 stars. All in all, I spent my time greatly. A cool bonus was nearby Bruegger's Bagels, that offered tea and coffee.
